The "Devil's Inferno" mod can be found in an unlocked safe in the rationing site. The power armor is obtained in the Mass Pike Tunnel near the Boston Police rationing site, during the quest Speak of the Devil. Despite its prototypical nature, the suit could be fitted with any and all standard power armor modifications, including Tesla coils utilized on the T-60. Sometime after the death of John Henry Eden, a member of the Devil's Hand, disillusioned by the practices of the Enclave, stole one of the modern X-02 prototypes, retreating to The Commonwealth. The suit was in the prototype stages, being given to an elite special operations force known as the "Devil's Hand", sometime before the Brotherhood-Enclave War for use in cleansing operations and to maximize Enclave resources and strategic positions in the Capital Wasteland. The process to spawn the power armor frame is different from the process listed above. That is if you are using a standard US keyboard. That is the key next to the (1) key at the top left side of your keyboard. That is done simply by pressing the tilde key (~).
Next step is to bring up the, developers console. To get started you need to be logged into your game. Unless you have done something special to modify your game console, this will not work on XBOX or Playstation. This will only work on PC versions of, Fallout 4. The items will then appear in your inventory. Just enter the code, and amount you want into your console. Below is a list of console codes for various pieces of power armor.
